Today’s leader took us (nineteen total) on the Roam 639 route round the Devil’s Punchbowl. It was another mild, cloudy day. There was no rain and little mud; views were good.
We arrived back at the NT café just before a coach full of primary school children drew up. Those of us who were stopping for a drink hastened inside to beat the queue. We were already at a table when the children and teachers came in. The teachers looked to have an easier job of supervising their pupils than the leaders do supervising the ramblers on our walks.
